We specialise in non-contact technologies including doppler, microwave, optical and laser which increase accuracy and reliability of measurements required in diverse aspects of rolling stock and infrastructure engineering
including;-

For Rolling Stock:
• Rail Vehicle Dynamics measurement quantifies speed, position, roll, pitch, ride, etc.
• Wheel Profile measurement.  Portable laser scanner cuts job times by up to 50%.
• Rail/wheel interface measurement.  High speed lasers give dynamic data at track speed.
• Wheelset measurement.  Lasers in wheelset measuring stands and wheel lathes.

For Infrastructure:
• Railhead profile measurement.  Laser measuring before, during and after grinding operations.
• Track mapping.  Vehicle mounted, high accuracy, inertial system gives a true mapping facility.
• Overhead Line Height and Stagger.  Multi-laser system gives true OHL to running rails position.
